Hi! I'm Arya!
I used to be deeply ashamed of who I was. The idea of "self love" felt unachievable and a feeling I didn't think I could ever have.
Since I didn't have the love for myself, I desperately looked for it elsewhere. Through relationships, my career, my clothes, my physical experience...all of the external ways I could think of.
When that didn't work, I began to see that true self love required me to make myself the most important person in my life.
I am now able to say that I really do love myself and I prioritize my relationship with myself above all else. It is an honour and a joy to be able to teach women to do the same for themselves.
My intention thorugh this workshop is for you to see how damn amazing you are and to actually feel it!
